Shipping and Delivery Information

Delivery area: We currently deliver exclusively within Switzerland.

Personal collection: Personal collection is possible by prior appointment at our address (Leuenpungertstrasse 9B, 8157 Dielsdorf) or at one of our market events. Please contact us at info@haekelbiene.ch to arrange a collection time.

Processing time:

Ready-made products: 5–7 business days
Made-to-order products (e.g. DIY kits, custom crocheted items): 2–3 weeks, as all items are carefully handmade.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are based on the current rates of Swiss Post. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Free shipping: Shipping is free for orders of CHF 150.00 or more.

Returns: In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping costs.
